About Strong Mom Strong Girl

Hi, I'm Andrea. I help moms navigate their daughters' friendship struggles with calm confidence & a strategic approach.

My own experience with the challenges of raising a daughter through difficult friendship dynamics inspired me to create Strong Mom Strong Girl.

So I get it.

You want to protect her. You want to make things better. And sometimes, despite your best intentions, you find yourself carrying the weight of her experiences as though they were your own.

My approach

You don't have to fix the situation to help your daughter.

We spend so much time worrying about what's happening to our daughters that we often overlook how WE show up for HER.

I help moms shift their attention away from what they can't control & toward what they can:

  • Managing your own emotions instead of absorbing every painful experience.

  • Knowing when to step in and when to step back.

  • Responding strategically & intentionally instead of reacting from fear.

  • Helping your daughter develop confidence, resilience, and trust in herself - even while things are still messy.

  • Finding a way to enjoy motherhood more - and feel like yourself again - during this challenging phase.

My background

I'm not a therapist. My approach is informed by lived experience, research, my background in education & the work I do with moms navigating these challenges.

I have therapists in my programs who have found value in the strategies because, as they’ve said… “nobody is prepared for this.”

Before creating Strong Mom Strong Girl, I worked as a middle school teacher, where I gained firsthand insight into the complexities of adolescent friendships & social dynamics.

Today, I combine that perspective with my lived experience as a mom & my work supporting mothers navigating exclusion, relational aggression & difficult friendship dynamics.

Through research, coaching, educational programs & community conversations, I've seen how much can change when a mom stops measuring success by whether the other girls change their behavior & starts helping her daughter (and herself!) control the controllables.

You deserve support too

You don't have to navigate this phase of motherhood alone.

And you don't have to wait until your daughter's friendship situation improves to feel more confident, peaceful & grounded during these years that none of us can get back.

You can start showing up STRONGER right now.
